A co-production with BBC Salford and BBC Scotland, writer Dan Rebellato and director Polly Thomas produced six episodes for Sparklab of the ground-breaking drama serialisation of all 20 novels in Emile Zola’s epic Rougon-Macquart family saga. The series won Best Adaptation at the BBC Audio Awards.
